Do Not Eat At Night!

According to a recent study published in Biochimie, eating late in the day or at night disrupts circadian rhythms and may negatively affect weight and health. This is because our fat cells, gut and liver function differently during the night which can change metabolism.Try to eat small meals throughout the day and stop eating about 2 hours before you go to bed.
