Wider But Not Taller

THE US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention published statistics showing that Americans continue to get heavier. In fact, the average American is 15 pounds heavier than 20 years ago, and they have not gotten any taller! The data was true across both age, gender and race. The obesity epidemic is in full force with people eating too many calorie dense foods and portions that are too large. We need to eat correctly and exercise to live healthy prosperous lives, and this needs to start with healthy snacks and meals at home. STay away from processed foods and try to eat organic fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats.
