Since 1990 Gary has been the owner/operator of “At Home” Prescription for Fitness, a personal training company. He trains his clients in the privacy of their home, office or country club fitness facility.

Gary has worn many hats in the fitness industry, but his greatest enjoyment comes from being a personal trainer and helping clients attain their personal goals. Gary has trained professional athletes, senior citizens (his oldest client is 104 years old) and children as young as five.

His most satisfying experience as a trainer has been working with the special needs athletes he trains at Fit 4 All NY. Nothing has compared in his career. He absolutely loves it.
